How to make a secret door in minecraft with sticky pistons

Create an entranceway (one block wide and two tall). Make sure you have plenty of space behind it to build a Redstone mechanism and a room to hide your goods. Place some torches on the walls for light if you need it.

Enter your secret room and turn around to face the exit.

On one side of the exit, leave an empty space, then put down 2 Sticky Pistons side-by-side perpendicular to the door wall.

Place 2 more Sticky Pistons atop the others to form a 4X4 structure. Make sure the front of the pistons are all facing the same way, perpendicular to the door.

Turn and face away from the door and stack 2 Sticky Pistons next to the others.

You should still have an empty space beside the entrance, and the faces of the final pistons should face in the direction of the doorway.
